How My Service Works
All sessions are currently online or telephone. I work on Thursdays and Fridays between 9:30am and 3:00pm.
You can contact me by phone or email to arrange an initial assessment appointment. At this appointment we will look at what you are wanting to work on in therapy and decide the most helpful plan.
If we agree to begin working together, we will decide the approach we will use and develop your therapy goals. We will discuss whether your therapy will be time-limited (short or medium term work), or long-term therapy. We will agree a therapy contract and plan, and review these regularly to help us consider our progress and make any changes needed.
The assessment session is 1 hour long at a cost of £50.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, on a weekly basis, and cost £50.
All sessions are currently online or telephone.
